Terms & Conditions

For weddings, receptions, engagement, and ROM bridal bookings, a minimum 50% deposit is required prior to the event. Once deposit it paid, the date is booked only for you. The balance 50% of payment is due at the time of completion of service. If there is any cancellation of bookings, it must be done minimum 1 week before the event. Any cancellation less than a week period, the deposit is non-refundable and cannot be adjusted against any other services.

For all services, prior booking is required. Except for events mentioned above, for other events, no deposit is required to book the date. Payment must be settled on the day the service is completely provided.

For all accessories (jewelleries, hair attachments, hair accessories) that being used and cannot be returned at the point of event, will need to be returned to Raani ki Roop within 14 days after the event. There will be a security deposit charged and the deposit will be returned once items are returned. The security charge value is subjected to the items’ value.

All bridal services are provided on location or at my home. No transport charges charged for services within Klang Valley. For away from Klang Valley, charges are applicable to the distance and if overnight is required, there will a minimum accommodation fee charged as well.
